We do not do anything out of the extraordinary, all we have done over the years is to do the basics but on a very high level. Rinsing our produce and meats. Using gloves and wearing masks and following all Covid19 protocols.

 We are very passionate about quality and we only use fresh salmon everyday, never frozen and never reusing leftover cooked foods. We always listen to the wonderful feedback that we get from our customers. We have also invested in state of the art kitchen technologies to make sure quicker, more efficient service without sacrificing quality. Furthermore, all our ingredients are delivered fresh and are not stored for too long. 

Our food is prepared as if you were at home with the Laws Family.
